Everything runs from one stand on your counter. Your customers never download anything, and your staff never learn a new system.
Their card opens
They see how close they are to a reward. Every card has an optional Google review button, and it never affects stamps or rewards.
Staff confirm
Staff enter the daily PIN once, then add a stamp for each paying customer. A stamp only counts when staff confirm it, so it can't be farmed.
You see it all
Your dashboard shows customers, repeat visits, review link clicks and rewards redeemed, and who has gone quiet.

Questions
Before you message me.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They tap the stand and their card opens in their phone's browser. There is nothing to install and nothing to sign in to.
Do I need Square or another POS system?
No. TapHalo runs on its own off the NFC stand on your counter. It doesn't plug into your payment system at all.
Will my staff find it confusing?
The whole staff side is: type today's PIN once, then type a phone number and tap "Add stamp" for each customer. That's it.
Can customers give themselves stamps?
No. A stamp only counts when your staff confirm the visit with the daily PIN, and a second stamp for the same customer is blocked for several hours.
Do I need to buy any hardware?
No. In Brisbane, I bring the NFC stand and install it on your counter myself, in about 20 minutes. Anywhere else, I mail you a ready-to-go tag and walk your team through setup on a quick video call.
What about Google reviews?
Every card has a "Tell others what you love" button that opens your Google review page. It is always optional and never tied to a stamp or a reward.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing automatic. No card on file, no surprise charge. We talk about whether it's actually working for your shop first.
